Accountant
Location: Marshalltown, Iowa
• Become knowledgeable and proficient with all of the tasks performed within the accounting department.
• Tackle special projects like researching cost variances on purchased and manufactured products.
• Become an expert on our standard cost system to be a resource for maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Become an expert on sales & use tax laws.
Requirements:
• Accounting or Business Degree with 5+ years experience.
• Ability to lead other team members on projects.
• Ability to identify areas to improve our operations, analyze those areas as well as find & implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels.
• Strong computer skills with Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn our ERP software.
