Marketing Administrator

Location: Marshalltown, IA


This position is responsible for:
• Coordinating the education program with technical schools and apprentice programs.
• Managing trade show participation including completing all required paperwork, making arrangements for participants and ensuring necessary equipment and product are available.
• Maintaining inventory of marketing literature.
• Database administration, issuing of purchase orders, updating the company website and additional administrative duties to support department activities.

The successful candidate must:
• Possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Manage numerous priorities with a high level of accuracy in a fast-pace environment with multiple interruptions.
• Be a self-motivated team player with the ability organize and have exceptional time management skills.
• 3 to 5 years of successful administrative office experience, AA degree a plus.
• Be proficient in database management and Microsoft Office.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and able to stand for several hours at a time at trade shows.
