SoftwareMT Mobility provides annual support on all software products. MT Mobility requires an annual support fee on the mobile AX-WMS and mobile NAV-WMS software solution products. MT Mobility provides annual support on the MobileScan software product at no charge, unless integration services are required by a customer. MT Mobility offers a Help Desk Line for customers. MT Mobility has established an “incident report ticket” process with customers as well to help better solve support inquiries.
