Description

The MARSHALLTOWN Pointing Trowel is essential for any archaeologist. Because these Pointing Trowels are forged from a single piece of high carbon steel, they are durable enough to cut through compacted sediment and compressed soils. MARSHALLTOWN offers two blade patterns for your archaeology trowel: Standard Pointing or London Pointing. You can also choose your preferred blade size and pick between a standard or heavy-duty blade style. The heavy-duty trowels have a thicker blade compared to the standard trowel, which means they can withstand more of the intense pressures of scraping and cutting. All options come with your choice of a classic hardwood or soft grip DuraSoft® handle. This product is also available with or without a leather holster. Our Archaeological Pointing Trowels are Made in the USA with Global Materials.
