Description

The contractor-grade QLT 8" or 12" Scarifier preps the plaster undercoat so that the topcoat will bond securely to create a strong finish. The lightweight, yet sturdy, steel scarifier has a comfortable soft grip handle. This tool makes scratching undercoat easy with its ¼" wide, 3" long flexible blue steel tines that are lightweight and sturdy.
