Description
The VAUGHAN Bear Saw® Hand Saws are designed to cut on the pull rather than on the push stroke, preventing blade buckling and binding. With a thinner blade, they remove less material, making sawing easier, faster, and more accurate. Choose from a variety of interchangeable blade styles to match any task, from rough cuts to fine woodworking. Any style blade can be used with either handle style (curved or straight), and the saws can be easily disassembled for convenient storage. Each feature specially ground, impulse hardened, tri-edge teeth that are razor sharp for clean, accurate cuts.- Coarse/Medium - ideal for framing and treated lumber, laminates, logs, and timbers; 13" (330 mm) blade length
- Medium/Fine - used for plywood, particle board, molding, and 2x4's; 10-1/2" (267 mm) blade length
- Extra Fine - used for PVC and ABS pipe, flush cuts, particle board, and plywood; 8-3/8" (213 mm) blade length
- Double Edged - used for dovetails, moldings, particle board, flush cuts, and plywood; 10" (254 mm) blade length
- Double Edged Mini - used for dovetails, moldings, particle board, flush cuts, and plywood; 5-1/2" (140 mm) blade length
